Order Processing
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak demand or sales periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Order Modifications:
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once order processing has started, changes may not be possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Time
Within Lahore City: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Other Cities in Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 6–7 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier operations and external conditions.
Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
JRashid & Sons is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or undeliverable, please contact us promptly at support@jrashidandsons.com.
We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
If the shipment cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be issued based on the circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective tire, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include photos or a short video clearly showing the damage.
We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to ensure on-time deliveries, unexpected factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or logistical issues may cause delays.
In such cases, we’ll inform you and provide an updated delivery estimate.
